Senior Project Manager – Technology (Online Business Banking / Payments)Hourly Pay Range: $76.75 - $87.99/hour
We are partnering with a leading Canadian bank to hire aSenior Project Managerto support a portfolio of high-impactOnline Business Banking (OBB)initiatives. This role sits within the Commercial Banking technology team and will focus on delivering fast-paced, customer-facing digital and payments projects.
This is an opportunity to step into ahigh-visibility portfolio , supporting multiple concurrent initiatives including platform enhancements, cross-border rollouts, and new product features for business banking clients.
What You’ll Be DoingLeadend-to-end deliveryof multiple technology initiatives within the OBB portfolio
Manageparallel workstreamsacross 4–5+ cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA, architecture)
Drive delivery in afast-paced, Agile/Waterfall hybrid environmentwith frequent releases and tight timelines
Partner with internal stakeholders andexternal vendorsto ensure alignment and execution
Proactively identifyrisks, dependencies, and escalation pointsbefore they impact delivery
Support initiatives related topayments, reporting, and digital banking platform enhancements
Contribute toF26 planning , helping shape delivery roadmaps and execution strategy




What We’re Looking For10+ years of experience as aTechnology Project Manager(not a Scrum Master or purely PMO/governance)
Proven experience deliveringdigital banking, payments, or commercial banking technology projects
Strong ability to managemultiple concurrent initiativesin complex, fast-moving environments
Experience working acrosslarge, matrixed teamswith multiple delivery partners
Demonstrated ability toanticipate risks, think critically, and problem-solve quickly
Hands-on experience withJira, Confluence , and Agile delivery practices
Prior experience within abanking or financial services environmentis required
