and contract disputesAdvise on and advance matters under the Construction Act, including prompt-payment and adjudication proceedingsContribute to litigation, arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution proceedingsTake independent carriage of files with appropriate autonomyCollaborate with lawyers across multiple practice areas on multi-disciplinary mattersAbout YouThe successful candidate will have the following:Minimum 3+ years of construction litigation or dispute resolution experienceWorking knowledge of the Construction Act (liens, holdbacks, trust claims, prompt payment and adjudication) an assetStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesSound professional judgment and attention to detailA team-oriented, team-oriented approachDemonstrated commitment to high-quality workInterest in ongoing professional growth and developmentAbout the JobHybrid role located (3 days) in Downtown Toronto, ONCompetitive salary competitive with the bay street market for 3- year calls #J-18808-Ljbffr
