As Senior Legal Counsel reporting to the Senior Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs, you will manage commercial litigation and offer legal guidance on employment relations and compliance. Your expertise in regulatory environments, particularly in aviation, will be beneficial in helping navigate a complex legal landscape. Additionally, youll assist in internal investigations and guide HR teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise HR on employment and labor relations
• Manage grievances and employment-related litigation




• Oversee mandates to external legal counsel
• Provide legal guidance during negotiations and mediations
• Draft and review HR-related legal documents

Requirements:
• Active member of the Barreau du Québec
• 7 to 10 years experience in commercial litigation
• Knowledge of regulatory environments, aviation experience preferred
• Strong negotiation and risk management skills
• Fluent in French and English
