This role is crucial in driving financial performance, optimizing resource allocation, and supporting decision-making processes. The Senior Manager - Finance Business Partner collaborates closely with other senior leaders to integrate financial strategies into business operations.This is a hybrid position and will require the individual to work in the AMS office in Toronto Downtown 1 day a week.What you'll be doingDevelop and implement financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support business unit strategies.Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.Business PartneringCollaborate with business unit leaders to understand their financial needs and provide strategic financial advice and support to drive business performance.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between finance and business units.Reporting and CompliancePrepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards,



and internal policies.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.Resource AllocationOptimize resource allocation to support business unit goals and objectives.Monitor and manage financial risks and opportunities.Support investment decisions and capital allocation processes.Process ImprovementDrive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.Implement best practices in financial management and reporting.Ensure efficient and effective use of financial resources.You'll need to demonstrateAchieve financial targets and support business units in meeting their financial objectives.Provide accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decisions.Ensure effective financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Maintain compliance with financial regulations and standards.Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.Must HavesExperience in Accounting.Experience in Team management, Forecasting, Budgeting and Strategy.Advanced MS Excel skills, PowerPoint,
