Willow is looking for a Director of Finance to manage and control all financial operations and reporting activities. You will be responsible for the day-to-day duties of managing cashflows and vendors, as well as reporting for our fund, our investors, and for ourselves. People can buy, sell, and own portions of individual properties without the hassle of homeownership.ResponsibilitiesLead the financial reporting for all entities and investorsOversee treasury operationsMonitor cash flow and working capital for the corporate group; review intercorporate management transactionsPerform financial analysis, financial reporting, and operational metrics trackingReport on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviewsAnalyze financial data and create financial models for decision supportGuide the budgeting and forecast process and evaluate the performance by comparing actual results with budget and forecastIdentify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad‐hoc reports, tools, dashboards, and recommendations of actions for optimizationOversee the compilation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsCoordinate on tax compliance and structuring with auditorsCoordinate and review debt compliance and correspond with new lenders as neededChief Financial Officer (CFO) Qualifying Examination through CSI required within 3 months of onboardingIdeal qualificationsCanadian CPA designation, or international equivalent.At least 8 years of progressive accounting & finance experience.Industry experience is required. Training in public practice is highly preferred.Experience with implementing FP&A processes, financial reporting processes,
