$19–$25 an hourPlumber Apprentice (2nd Year)1 OverviewReporting to the Field Supervisor, the Plumbing Apprentice assists in installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other piping used for water, gas or hot liquids in residential/commercial settings.2 Responsibilities & DutiesAssists in installation, assembling, maintenance, fabrication, and repairing of process piping systemsKnowledge of the standard methods, materials and equipment used in pipingMust be able to understand blueprints and help install pipes correctly, understand the dangerous nature of the chemicals that the pipes they create are transporting, and help repair and test any damaged or malfunctioning pipes and perform pressure tests from time to time.Help ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance meet the requirements of the appropriate codesHelp ensure all installations,
