Key Responsibilities:
• Establish therapeutic relationships with clients
• Conduct individualized client assessments and care planning
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and families




• Provide direct client care and health counseling
• Maintain and manage clinical records and statistics
Requirements:
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with BCCNM
• One year of recent related clinical experience
• Valid BC Driver's license and personal vehicle
• Knowledge of gerontology and chronic conditions
• Effective communication and organizational skills
