Our expertise includes Large-Diameter Piles, DTH drilled piles, Screw Piles, Ground Improvement techniques such as Stone Columns, Timber Compaction Piling, and Shoring services like Sheet Piles, Cofferdams, Combi-Walls, and H-Pile Lagging Systems.

About the Role

This is more than just an estimating role - its an opportunity to lead, influence, and mentor. As a Senior Estimator, youll play a key role in driving successful bids, guiding strategy, and supporting the delivery of complex land piling and heavy civil projects.

What Youll Do

• Lead full-cycle estimating on complex tenders


• Analyze drawings and specifications to identify risks and opportunities


• Develop accurate and competitive pricing strategies


• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier pricing


• Support procurement and pre-construction planning


• Mentor and guide junior estimators


• Collaborate closely with project teams and leadership

What You Bring

• 8+ years of estimating experience in piling, marine,
  
  
  
  or heavy civil construction


• Solid technical expertise in foundations and ground improvement methods


• Proven success delivering lump-sum and negotiated bids


• Proficiency with estimating tools (HeavyBid is an asset) and advanced Excel skills


• A strategic mindset with strong leadership and communication skills

Salary: $120k- $150k Per annum

The salary offered will be based on experience, qualifications, internal equity, and Carlson Construction Groups compensation framework.
