Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and assess personalized care plans effectively
• Ensure accurate communication of residents’ care information
• Provide direct nursing care including medication administration




• Support residents through transitions and respond to crisis situations
• Educate families on care and health needs
Requirements:
• Registered Licensed Practical Nurse in British Columbia
• Preferably has experience in senior care settings
• Excellent critical thinking and coordination skills
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Willingness to undergo a Vulnerable Sector Check
