Role Description The Lighting Sales & Quotations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Vancouver, BC. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, preparing detailed lighting quotations, and supporting the sales process from initial contact through order confirmation. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing project specifications, recommending suitable LED lighting and control solutions, coordinating with internal teams on product availability and pricing, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM or sales systems. The Specialist will collaborate with clients, contractors,



and designers to ensure proposals meet technical requirements and budget expectations, while providing timely, qualified communication and follow-up. The role also involves staying current with product developments, market trends, and industry standards to help drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Sales experience with a focus on consultative selling and quotation preparation for lighting or related technical products.
- Familiarity with shading solutions and how they integrate with lighting systems is an asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic CRM or sales management tools.
- Attention to detail, strong numerical and analytical skills for pricing, quoting, and margin review.
- Ability to work on-site in Vancouver, BC, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in lighting, electrical, or construction industries and relevant technical training or education is an advantage.
