Join our engineering team to build highly scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for a modern core banking platform. Youll work on distributed microservices that process high volumes of financial transactions while collaborating with a talented cross-functional team.

What Youll Bring:

  • 6+ years of software development experience
  • Strong expertise in Python (preferred) or another object-oriented language
  • Hands-on experience with Microservices & Distributed Systems
  • Robust RDBMS fundamentals (Transactions, Locking, Isolation Levels, Deadlocks)
  • RabbitMQ or similar message brokers
  • GitHub/Git and Unix/Linux environments

Nice to Have:

  • Cloud computing experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Experience integrating with Payroll Providers or Time & Attendance platforms

Education Requirement:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a Canadian or US university.
