The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development and IT consulting, along with the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content.

Role & Responsibilities

- Write, edit, and proofread technical documentation, including white papers, case studies, technical blogs, user manuals, product descriptions, and other technical materials.
- Collaborate with software developers, engineers, and other technical team members to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
- Develop content that aligns with the company's brand voice and style guidelines.
- Translate complex technical concepts into transparent and understandable content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Conduct research on industry-related topics to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve online visibility and search engine rankings.




- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content projects.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support content marketing strategies.

Must Have Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, English, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software development or IT consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, programming languages, and IT concepts.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and other relevant tools.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and ability to incorporate keywords naturally into content.
