This apprenticeship reports to the Shop Supervisor and is pivotal to our repair shop's operations. Your role includes field service calls and troubleshooting varied equipment such as construction and asphalt machines. This hands-on position also requires rotational shifts, particularly during winter operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance and repairs on construction and asphalt equipment
• Make on-site service calls for immediate repairs
• Troubleshoot and adjust machinery as needed




• Work rotating shifts for winter operational support
• Collaborate effectively with the team and manage priorities
Requirements:
• Certified with 421A and experienced in construction equipment
• Own tools required for the role
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of complex systems including electrical and hydraulic
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
