Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to support our project teams in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of business processes to contribute to the successful delivery of our projects.

Role & Responsibilities

- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through meetings, interviews, and workshops.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, developers, and project managers, to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives.
- Analyze and map business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in creating functional specifications and use cases.
- Support the development and testing teams by clarifying requirements and providing necessary documentation.
- Participate in the preparation of project proposals, business cases, and feasibility studies.
- Assist in tracking project progress and reporting to stakeholders.




- Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Must Have skills

- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software (e.g., MS Excel, MS Visio, JIRA).
- Ability to document and communicate complex business processes clearly.
- Experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
