Reporting to the controller, you will be responsible for the complete accounting of the company and related companies. You will be part of a rigorous team where precision and autonomy make the difference.

Salary: $65,000 to $75,000, depending on your profile and experience.

- Maintain accounts in the accounting software; - Perform account reconciliations and bank reconciliations; - Manage accounts payable (entry, payments); - Manage accounts receivable (billing, collections); - Enter accounting entries and adjustments; - Process construction payrolls; - Prepare month-end and year-end documents; - Handle intercompany billing; - Manage supplier account openings and reconcile Visa cards; - Perform any other related administrative tasks.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - DEC,



DEP or AEC in accounting or related field; - Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the construction sector; - Minimum 3 years of construction payroll experience; - Proficiency in French and good knowledge of English (oral and written); - Positive knowledge of MS Office Suite; - Experience with accounting software (Acomba or Sage 50, an asset).

SKILLS - Excellent priority management; - Organization, rigor and autonomy; - Knowledge of standards and regulations in the construction field; - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
