About the Opportunity As an Accounts Receivable (AR) Portfolio Specialist III, you will be responsible for managing all collection activities for an established portfolio of customer accounts. You will partner with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve account inquiries, support dispute resolution, and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables. Your knowledge of billing, legal, and operational processes will help improve cash flow, enhance the customer experience, and support overall business performance.
What You'll Get to Do - Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts by proactively collecting outstanding accounts receivable to improve cash flow, reduce days sales outstanding (DSO), and enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Research customer accounts, analyze account activity, and negotiate the resolution of invoice disputes.
- Exercise sound judgment when approving and processing account-related concessions and credits.
- Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders to resolve account inquiries and disputes.
- Utilize NetSuite, Power BI, Excel, Salesforce, and other business tools to support daily accounts receivable activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data inaccuracies, billing issues,
and operational gaps that delay collections.
- Reduce unapplied cash and payment inaccuracies through proactive customer outreach.
- Maintain a strong understanding of service offerings, pricing, contract terms, and billing requirements to support effective account management.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a high level of attention to detail in data entry and documentation.
Skills and Experience We Value - Two to four years of experience in customer service, accounts receivable, billing, or another high-volume business environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to adapt and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Windows-based hardware and software.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, ERP, and CRM applications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functional teams within a large organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.

Out - Experience using NetSuite, Salesforce, Power BI, or similar business systems.
- Experience managing a portfolio of customer accounts in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Demonstrated success resolving complex customer disputes while maintaining strong customer relationships.
