Operations Manager Location: Scotia Tire & Alignment Services Job Type: Full time Join Our Team Scotia Tire & Alignment Services is looking for an organized, customer-focused, and results-driven Front Desk Service Manager to join our growing team. This is a key leadership role that serves as the hub between our customers, service technicians, dispatch team, and management. What You'll Do - Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service in person and over the phone.
- Assist customers with tire and wheel sales, service recommendations, quotes, and appointment scheduling.
- Coordinate daily shop workflow to maximize efficiency and ensure quality service.
- Communicate with technicians throughout the day to monitor job progress and ensure timely completion.
- Process work orders, invoices, and customer payments accurately.
- Support dispatch operations by helping coordinate Emergency Road Service (ERS) calls and ensuring prompt response times.
- Review technician completion reports to ensure all work is accurately documented with required notes and photos.
- Oversee the readiness of our emergency service fleet by coordinating preventative maintenance, vehicle inspections, and inventory of tools and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records and support inventory control and administrative functions.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For - Previous experience in the automotive, commercial tire, fleet service, or transportation industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and ERP, POS, or shop management software.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- A positive attitude, robust work ethic, and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Valid driver's license is considered an asset.
