: As a member of the Addiction Counselling Team and Under the general direction of the Manager of Addiction and Integrated Outreach Services and the Clinical Supervisor, the primary goal will be to restore, maintain and enhance the recovery of people seeking general services for addiction and mental health by implementing services consistent with the current Provincial Clinical Models for Mental Health and Addition Services and the philosophy, objectives and standards set by Addiction Services.
Responsibilities will include providing informational programming through individual and group counseling sessions to clients in the community and office setting. This position will be expected to assess individual and group needs and implement plans to help clients reach their goals.

Experience
- experience in a mental health and addictions program required
Education
- Chemical Dependency diploma
Other Education and Training
- Completed social sciences or human services discipline acceptable to employer
