Syntech Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a world-renowned aerospace and defence manufacturer to recruit a Security Officer for their in office security team. The role combines gatehouse duties, site patrols, CCTV monitoring, and emergency response within a long-term, permanent career path.

The successful candidate will work a rotating 4 on/4 off pattern, with 12-hour day/night shifts. A UK frontline SIA licence, driving licence, and strong IT and communication skills are essential.
