Join a dynamic role as an Aerospace Software and Hardware Senior Engineer in Toronto or Montreal. You'll leverage extensive design experience in airborne software and electronics to ensure compliance and technical excellence. This position requires a solid aerospace background, focusing on the review and assessment of suppliers' airborne software and electronic designs.

With a minimum of 15 years in engineering, including 10 years in aeronautics, you'll be pivotal in technical audits and supplier assessments.

Your role encompasses leading safety reviews and compliance reports while mentoring junior engineers. Key Responsibilities:

- Review suppliers’ airborne software and electronic hardware designs
- Conduct design compliance and safety of flight reviews




- Lead resolution of technical deficiencies with stakeholders
- Prepare and assess certification plans and reports
- Contribute to the evolution of the SWEL domain roadmap Requirements:
- University degree in Electronics, Software, or Aerospace Engineering
- 15 years of experience in engineering, with 10 in aeronautics
- 5 years in FPGA or ASIC development for aerospace applications
- Knowledge of DO-178B/C and RTCA regulations
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) Take on the challenge of enhancing airborne software and electronic compliance in aerospace design.
