Lead and drive strategic workforce innovation at Morgan Stanley as a Senior Resource Management Planner. This Vice President position offers a hybrid work arrangement while optimizing resource planning across the Technology division.

In this strategic role, your leadership will focus on aligning workforce strategies with the company’s long-term goals. You will directly oversee a team, manage labor budgeting, and synthesize complex data for senior management. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will help enhance workforce operations and facilitate governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor a geographically dispersed team of resource planners
• Execute staffing strategy and oversee labor budgeting

Requirements:
• 8–12 years in workforce planning or a related field
