Analyst - Investment Operations, Private Asset – 6 Month Contract

Key Responsibilities

- Support the operational administration of private investment portfolios throughout the investment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate investment and transaction records while ensuring data integrity across systems.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues and reconcile discrepancies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Review investment documentation and support the processing of investment-related transactions.
- Assist with cash management, reporting, month-end activities, audits, and other operational requirements.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries and coordinate the timely resolution of requests.
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and the enhancement of operational controls.
- Build strong relationships across the organization and with external service providers to support efficient operations.

Qualifications

- Completed or pursuing a professional designation (CFA, CPA) as well as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of experience in investment operations, fund administration, asset servicing, middle office, or a related financial services environment.




- Exposure to private markets or alternative investments is an asset but not required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Pay Rate

$40.00/ Hour
