What are your contributions to the team?

- Conduct internal technical investigations at the assembly site




- Provide daily visibility on non-quality issues to the Quality management team
- Technical investigation to ensure concrete accountability
- Provide fully detailed documentation/report on issues
- Establish a containment plan in the assembly (short term)

How to thrive in this role?

- You have a college degree in aerospace engineering or a related field or equivalent
- 5 years of comparable work experience in Aircraft manufacturing;
- Project management skills;
- Knowledge of quality management system
- Change management skills;
- Experience in problem resolution techniques;
- Functionally bilingual, written and spoken (English and French);
- Computer literate, and specifically well versed in Excel and PowerPoint

Also considered as assets:
- Experience with SAP
- Systems, process or product auditing;
- Experience with supplier interventions Internal and external;
- Work experience as a team lead with excellent negotiation skills
