and 100% milestonesDevelop new equipment specificationsDevelop construction cost estimates for ITS infrastructureCreate well‑organised presentation material and write reports for internal and external purposesAttend client meetings with senior staffPresent technical material in traditional and innovative ways for review by technical and non‑technical audiencesResearch and understand trends and standard methodologies in ITS/Intelligent MobilityQualificationsProfessional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Canada (or eligible)Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience working in the ITS or intelligent mobility realm as an engineer with progressive responsibilitiesBachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, communications, civil, transportation or related)Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skillsExcellent planning and organisation skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and work autonomouslyExperience with North American traffic planning and engineering practicesExperience with one or more of the following: Synchro, Vissim, Aimsun, AutoCAD, MicrostationCompensation & BenefitsSalary for Vancouver: $135,000 to $145,000 per year (base).
