Responsibilities

- Remove damaged or broken auto glass using hand tools and power tools with precision and care
- Install new auto glass securely, ensuring proper fitment and sealing for safety and durability
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify additional repair needs or potential issues
- Use mechanical knowledge and automotive repair skills to troubleshoot installation challenges
- Lift heavy glass components safely, adhering to proper lifting techniques and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools are properly stored and equipment is in good condition




- Complete detailed documentation of each job, including parts used, procedures performed, and quality checks

Experience

- Proven experience working with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting in an automotive or mechanical setting
- Solid mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems and repairs
- Prior experience as an auto mechanic or in automotive repair is highly desirable
- Familiarity with auto glass installation procedures and safety standards preferred
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
