We are currently looking for experienced AZ Team Drivers to join our growing cross-border operation on our dedicated Kitchener, Ontario to California lane.
This position is ideal for professional AZ drivers who are looking for consistent miles, dedicated freight, reliable dispatch, newer equipment, a permanent truck assignment, and long-term employment.
Our goal is simple: keep our trucks moving, keep our drivers working, and provide consistent freight without unnecessary downtime.
DEDICATED KITCHENER, ONTARIO TO CALIFORNIA LANE
Our primary lane is
Kitchener, Ontario → California, U.S. → Kitchener, Ontario
This is a dedicated cross-border lane, meaning our teams regularly operate between Canada and the United States, primarily between Ontario and California, rather than being sent on random lanes across North America.
We have established freight and a strong focus on maintaining a consistent flow of shipments.
Drivers should be prepared for long-haul cross-border team operations and the schedule required to efficiently run this dedicated lane.
MINIMUM 20,000 MILES PER MONTH
Our operation is designed to provide our teams with a minimum target of 20,000 miles per month per team, subject to freight and operational conditions.
We focus on maximizing truck utilization through:
- Back-to-back dedicated shipments
- Planned dispatches
- Efficient reloads
- Reduced empty miles where possible
- Consistent California freight
- Minimal unnecessary waiting
- Continuous communication between dispatch and drivers
For drivers who want to maximize their time on the road, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated operation rather than dealing with inconsistent spot freight. BACK-TO-BACK SHIPMENTS
One of the biggest advantages of this position is our focus on back-to-back shipments.
Our dispatch team works to have the next shipment planned so the truck can continue moving after completing the previous delivery.
We understand that driver income and truck productivity depend on keeping the equipment moving.
Our goal is to minimize:
- Unnecessary layovers
- Long periods without a load
- Unplanned downtime
- Waiting between shipments
- Empty repositioning
While delays can occasionally happen due to weather, border conditions, customers, traffic, mechanical issues, or circumstances outside anyone's control, our dispatch team actively works to minimize avoidable downtime.
PERMANENT TRUCK ASSIGNMENT
We believe drivers should have reliable equipment they know and are comfortable operating.
Successful teams will be assigned a permanent truck for their team.
Our equipment is ready in the yard, allowing qualified drivers to get started without unnecessary equipment delays.
Equipment Benefits Include
- Newer equipment
- Well-maintained trucks
- Dedicated truck assignment
- Trailer availability
- Professional maintenance support
- Reliable equipment for long-haul operations
- No constant switching between trucks
Our priority is to keep the equipment safe, reliable, and ready for the road. EXTRA PAY FOR ADDITIONAL STOPS
We understand that additional work takes additional time.
Drivers will receive additional compensation for extra pickups and extra deliveries, according to the company's applicable pay structure.
Additional stops may include
- Extra pickup locations
- Extra delivery locations
- Additional customer stops
- Other approved additional work associated with the shipment
We believe drivers should be properly compensated when additional work is assigned. RELIABLE AND ON-TIME PAYMENT
We understand that reliable payment is one of the most important factors for professional drivers.
Our company is committed to maintaining a consistent and reliable payment process.
Drivers should not have to worry about unnecessary payment delays after completing their trips and submitting the required paperwork.
We value our drivers and believe that professional work deserves professional and dependable compensation.
