Duties

- Assist in the preparation and production of bakery items such as bread, pastries, and cakes
- Package and label bakery products for display or distribution
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality and taste
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery area
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

-Assist customers with sales, ensuring they receive the best possible customer service

Experience

- Previous professional baking and culinary experience required
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and baking techniques
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in cake decorating is a plus

-English language required, both written and verbal. Must be able to communicate thoroughly with customers and coworkers.

Foodsafe certificate is required
