Bros., an Alberta-owned and operated fresh food retail chain, invites you to apply to our Bakery Department as a Baker in Hinton, Alberta (Hinton Hill Location).

Qualifications: Knowledge of the basic principles of bakery preparation, various baking methods, and food safety regulations

Experience with pre-ferments: levain, poolish, sponge

Comfortable working early morning and weekend shifts A passion for providing an exceptional customer experience

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and multi-task

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.

Role and Responsibilities: Measure, mix, scale, need, hand-shape, and score bread

Bake traditional bread and bakery products





Operate bakery equipment (i.e. commercial mixers, rack ovens, proofer, bread slicer)

Adhere to quality, cleanliness, and merchandising standards

Maintain a clean and sanitized the work area

Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures

Handle customer service inquiries and provide a positive customer experience Position Details: Position Type: Full time
