We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Bakery Clerk to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and play a key part in maintaining the quality and presentation of our baked goods. If you love working with food, enjoy providing excellent customer service, and have a knack for organization, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your experience in a vibrant bakery environment.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting baked goods and pastries.
- Prepare and package baked items with care, ensuring proper food handling and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases, shelves, and workstations.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure all products meet health standards.
- Restock shelves and packaging supplies to keep the bakery well-stocked throughout the day.





Experience

- Previous experience in food handling or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with bakery operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry is required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Solid communication skills to engage positively with customers and team members.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to baking, food preparation, and packaging.

Requirements

- Current Smart Serve Certificate
- Current Food Hander's Certificate
