Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items with precision and care.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Handle cashing out customers, managing cash handling procedures, and balancing registers at shift end.
- Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks following strict food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas,



and equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
- Support team members with serving duties, stock replenishment, and general operational needs.

Requirements

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology.
- Robust time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
