Good Earth Coffeehouse is currently seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Baristas to join our growing team.
Position Details
- Full-Time: 21–40 hours per week
- Part-Time: 10–21 hours per week
- Availability required for early morning opening shifts (as early as 6:00 AM) and closing shifts (ending at 9:30 PM)
- Approximately 70% of shifts begin before 8:00 AM
Role Overview
- Prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages, including latte art
- Prepare fresh food items according to Good Earth standards
- Provide a warm, welcoming, and memorable guest experience
- Operating the point of Sale
- Act as an ambassador for both Positive Earth Coffeehouse and the Banff community

- ProServe certification required (or willingness to obtain)
