Pizza Bianca and Café is opening soon and seeking a vibrant team as a Barista and Customer Service Associate, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for every guest. Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling responsibilities with integrity
- Assist customers by taking orders, answering questions, and providing friendly service to enhance their experience
- Prepare food items such as pastries, sandwiches, or snacks following food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment in accordance with food safety regulations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction





Qualifications

- Min 1+ year of barista or café experience (specialty coffee experience is an asset)
- Strong latte art skills (portfolio is an asset)
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and warmly
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures (Food Safe 1 is preferred)
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as serving and food preparation
