Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Server/Bartender who is confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can easily transition between serving tables and working behind the bar.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, attentive, and comfortable multitasking while still providing genuine, knowledgeable service. Our menu is inspired by Turkish and Mediterranean flavours, so we’re looking for someone who is excited to learn the culture behind our dishes, confidently make recommendations, and help guide guests through the menu.

We want someone who can read the room, connect with guests, recommend food and drinks, upsell naturally, and create a fun and memorable dining experience — even when it gets busy.

Previous serving and bartending experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Clover POS system
- Serve tables while also assisting behind the bar as needed
- Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, wine and other beverages according to recipes and standards
- Learn the menu and confidently explain Turkish and Mediterranean dishes, ingredients and flavours
- Recommend food, cocktails and pairings based on guest preferences
- Upsell naturally and suggest appetizers, drinks, additional dishes and desserts
- Run food and drinks to tables and assist other team members during high-volume periods
- Handle multiple tables and bar guests efficiently while maintaining quality service
- Process cash, debit and credit card payments accurately through Clover
- Complete opening, closing and side duties
- Maintain a clean and organized bar, dining area and service stations
- Clean and sanitize tables, bar surfaces, equipment and POS areas throughout the shift
- Restock liquor, beer, wine,



glassware, garnishes and other supplies as needed
- Follow proper alcohol service, Smart Serve and food-safety procedures
- Communicate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure accurate and timely service
- Handle guest questions or concerns professionally and involve management when necessary
- Work as a team — including running food, clearing tables, resetting tables and helping wherever needed during busy periods

Experience ● Previous serving and bartending experience in a restaurant, bar or lounge environment is preferred

● Experience working in different styles of restaurants or hospitality environments is considered an asset

● Comfortable working in both high-volume and slower, guest-focused service environments

● Able to adapt previous experience to our service style, standards and restaurant culture

● Open to learning new systems, menu knowledge, cocktail recipes and service procedures

● Experience handling multiple tables while assisting with bar service is strongly preferred

● Familiarity with POS systems is an asset; Clover experience is a bonus but not required

● Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who brings experience while remaining coachable, flexible and willing to learn how we do things
