Duties

- Take and accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS.
- Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to food safety and alcohol serving regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper math skills for change and totals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards.




- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management and prioritization.
- Assist in food handling and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders while upholding high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred; experience with serving or bartending is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover POS or similar platforms.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, billing, and change calculations.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly.
- Previous cashiering experience is advantageous; must be comfortable working with cash registers and performing basic math tasks.
