Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled BC Registered Full Pharmacist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide expert pharmaceutical care, ensuring safe medication management and optimal patient outcomes. Your expertise will support a wide range of clinical services within hospital or acute care settings, delivering compassionate care to diverse patient populations including pediatrics.

Responsibilities

- Dispense medications accurately in accordance with prescriptions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and hospital policies.
- Provide comprehensive patient care by offering medication counseling, answering questions, and educating patients on proper medication use and potential side effects.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to develop and review treatment plans, ensuring safe medication administration tailored to individual patient needs.
- Maintain detailed medical terminology records and documentation for all pharmaceutical activities, adhering to confidentiality and legal requirements.




- Administer medications as prescribed, including injections and other forms of medication delivery, following strict safety protocols.
- Monitor patient responses to medications, adjusting therapy plans in consultation with physicians when necessary.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support clinical decision-making and improve overall patient care quality.

Experience

- Valid BC Pharmacist license with full registration status
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional patient care through effective communication, attention to detail, and teamwork.
- Familiarity with medication safety protocols, inventory management, and documentation standards within healthcare facilities.
- Ability to Speak Farsi in addition to English is preffered.
