Fortified Services Inc. is looking for a BDR to call small businesses.

What You’ll Do

- Make outbound calls to small businesses
- Invite businesses to be added to a free local business directory
- Ask qualifying questions to better understand their business and needs
- Collect and verify business information
- Follow up with businesses added to the directory
- Identify qualified opportunities and book appointments for our team
- Keep accurate call notes and records

Requirements

- Excellent spoken English
- Confident and natural on the phone
- Comfortable with cold calling and follow ups
- Able to ask questions, listen, and carry a conversation without sounding scripted
- Previous BDR, appointment setting, or outbound calling experience preferred




- Reliable internet and quiet workspace
