Duties

- Perform professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail art to meet client preferences.
- Deliver a range of beauty treatments such as makeup application, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and hair styling to enhance guest appearance.
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable beauty solutions and products tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatment areas, adhering to health regulations at all times.
- Engage with guests through friendly communication, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Conduct product demonstrations and upsell beauty products or services to maximize sales opportunities.




- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, guest check-in/out, and handling retail sales efficiently.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a beautician with specialized skills in nail technology and related beauty treatments.
- Solid customer service orientation with excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards within a salon or spa environment.
- Ability to perform multiple beauty services such as nail care, makeup application, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and hair styling.
- Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demos is highly desirable.
- Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters repeat business.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings as needed.
