JPR Industries is looking for a Field Service Millwright to join our field service team. This role is for someone who can troubleshoot issues, keep equipment running, and handle repairs and maintenance in real facility conditions. You’ll work on agricultural and material-handling systems supporting feed mills, feed lots, and large farm operations across Southern Alberta.

- Diagnose problems and complete on-site repairs for agricultural and material-handling equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance, shutdown work, and equipment inspections
- Install, adjust, and align components (bearings, shafts, drives, conveyors, guards, etc.)
- Support troubleshooting for downtime situations and help restore operations quickly
- Communicate clearly with the service team and provide straightforward updates to customers
- Millwright/industrial maintenance experience (ticketed preferred)
- Robust mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills in the field
- Reliable, professional,



and customer-focused communication
- Experience in agricultural facilities (feed mills, grain handling, material handling systems)
- Welding ability for field repairs
- Forklift/telehandler/scissor lift tickets
- Confined space / fall protection / first aid / H2S (or willingness to obtain)
- Varied, hands‑on field work (repairs, upgrades, installations, maintenance)
