In This Role

- Address pre‑occupancy & post possession homeowner concerns
- Conduct visual inspections of warranty issues
- Perform hands‑on repairs
- Schedule additional services with sub‑trades
- All other duties as required

What You Bring

- 3 years of experience in residential construction
- Possess your own tools
- Experience with Tarion Warranty program
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and demonstrated attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised




- Positive interpersonal skills and team player attitude
- A valid driver’s license and vehicle is required

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
