CBC/Radio-Canada in Ottawa is seeking a User Technology Support Specialist (T&I;) for a six-month, in office contract. The role provides first-level end-user support, installs and troubleshoots software and devices, and maintains documentation and inventory with a focus on security and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will hold a Community College diploma in computer science with about three years of related experience and be fluent in English and French.
