Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your bilingual skills in French and English to connect with customers, develop new business opportunities, and manage existing accounts. Your passion for sales, combined with your technical knowledge and customer service expertise, will drive growth and strengthen our market presence.

Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and online channels to promote our mobile accessories and solutions.
- Conduct business development activities by identifying new sales opportunities within target markets.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales effectively while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Manage accounts by providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.




- Utilize CRM tools such as salesforce to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions systematically.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future sales performance, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outside sales or business development within B2B (business-to-business) environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with wireless technology products is highly desirable.
- Excellent analysis skills for interpreting sales data and market trends.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with outstanding communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to technology sales is a plus.
