We are seeking a dedicated Back of House Team Member to join our dynamic restaurant team. Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
- Manage food handling procedures ensuring safety and sanitation compliance
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen and back-of-house areas
- Support front-of-house staff with serving and upselling menu items when needed
- Ensure timely preparation of orders to meet service standards
- Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines diligently
- Contribute to inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of shortages

Requirements





- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety standards
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen experience or food industry background is a plus
- Commitment to maintaining high sanitation standards and food safety practices
