Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled breakfast Cook to join our team. Shifts are typically 8:00-4:00pm. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and a passion for creating delicious dishes in a fast-paced, high volume, large capacity sports bar.

Duties

- Breakfast flattop skills
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet the restaurant's expectations
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food production
- Follow proper food handling procedures and adhere to food safety regulations

Skills:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the food industry
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Robust communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff




- Proficiency in meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
- Previous experience in a breakfast restaurant setting is necessary
