Black Rock Oceanfront Resort is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Server to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating memorable guest experiences, enhancing our resort's reputation, and providing high-quality service in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to anticipate and meet guests' needs.
- Maximize food and drink revenue through excellent sales skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends by participating in educational opportunities, reading relevant publications, and maintaining a robust knowledge of our offerings.
- Assist with daily cleaning and weekly side duties to ensure a pristine environment for our guests.
- Communicate effectively with the Culinary and Front of House teams to maintain quality in both product and service.
- Complete cash handling and balancing tasks with accuracy and integrity.
- Follow beverage control and responsible serving guidelines.
- Share information on Black Rock Oceanfront Resort amenities, services, and local area attractions with guests.
- Comply with all Health & Safety and Security regulations.




- Adhere strictly to Black Rock Oceanfront Resort’s policies and procedures.
