What You’ll Do

- Greet guests (many of whom already know your name)
- Manage your section with urgency and professionalism
- Handle gluten-free and dietary requests with precision
- Communicate clearly with QA and kitchen staff
- Run food, deliver drinks, and pre-bus like a pro
- Drop bills, take payments, and keep the floor flowing
