Responsibilities

- Measure clients accurately to ensure perfect fit and comfort for each gown
- Sew, alter, and tailor bridal dresses according to design specifications and customer requests
- Use specialized sewing techniques to add embellishments, lace, beading, and finishing touches
- Collaborate with designer and consultants to achieve the desired aesthetic and fit
- Conduct fittings with clients, making adjustments as needed for optimal comfort and appearance
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace with all sewing tools and materials properly stored
- Ensure all dresses meet high standards of craftsmanship before delivery or fitting appointments





Requirements

- Proven experience in sewing bridal or formal wear with a robust portfolio of completed gowns
- Excellent skills in hand sewing, machine sewing, and fabric manipulation
- Strong understanding of basic math for measurements and pattern adjustments
- Exceptional customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful, flawless garments
- Flexibility to adapt to different gown styles and client preferences
