Role Overview
Docebo is building an AI‑powered learning platform to help organizations create, deliver, and manage training. The Sr. Manager, People Operations will shape the future of People Ops, simplifying workflows, embracing automation and AI, and building systems that enable people to spend less time on processes and more time on meaningful work.
Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously improve core People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding.
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, eliminate manual work, and improve service delivery across global teams.
- Partner with People Technology & Analytics to design scalable process and system solutions that improve employee and manager experiences.
- Use data, process mapping, stakeholder feedback, and operational insights to uncover friction and drive meaningful improvements.
- Define and monitor operational metrics, service levels, and process health to ensure continuous improvement.
- Explore practical uses of automation and AI that improve speed, consistency, and employee support while maintaining strong governance and human judgment.
- Build clear documentation, playbooks, and operating standards that help us scale effectively.
- Lead change management efforts that help teams adopt new ways of working successfully.
- Partner across the business on initiatives that impact People Operations, including organizational changes, policy updates, system enhancements, and new programs.
- Ensure our processes meet privacy, compliance, security, and audit requirements across all regions.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the People team.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, or a related field.
- A proven track record of improving processes, simplifying complexity, and building scalable operations.
- A systems‑thinking mindset and the ability to connect technology, process, data, and employee experience.
- Experience with HR technology platforms such as HRIS, ATS, ticketing, and knowledge‑management systems; experience with Dayforce is a plus.
- Curiosity and comfort exploring automation and AI to improve how work gets done.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- High standards for quality, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Experience in a high‑growth or SaaS environment is strongly preferred.
