Red Deer Polytechnic seeks a Manager, Facility & Campus Space Planning Management to lead strategic space planning, governance, and utilization across the campus. You will translate enrolment growth, program delivery, and accessibility needs into actionable space plans and budgeting analyses.

You will lead a cross-disciplinary team, develop standards, governance processes, and reporting to enable data-informed decisions and productive space use aligned with RDP’s 2030 Strategy.
