Responsibilities

- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to ensure comfort and safety
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
- Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols
- Support patients with mobility and transfer tasks, including heavy lifting when necessary, to prevent injury
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and promote mental well-being
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning living areas to maintain a hygienic environment
- Monitor health status, observe changes in condition,



and report concerns to healthcare professionals promptly

Requirements

- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, hospice care, or home care settings is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of patient care techniques and caregiving best practices
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities, including dementia care or hospice support
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physical tasks involved in caregiving
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
- Reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality care at all times
- Must be able to follow detailed instructions for medication administration and care routines
