RED SEAL / JOURNEYMAN CARPENTER WANTED

Nimpkish Valley Construction Ltd. is looking for an experienced Red Seal or Journeyman Carpenter to join our growing crew.

We work primarily on residential construction projects throughout the Comox Valley, Qualicum Beach, Parksville, and surrounding areas. Our work includes new-home framing, renovations, exterior finishing, and general carpentry. We take pride in clean, efficient work and building things properly.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Residential framing, including floors, walls, roofs, and exterior structures Reading and working from construction drawings Completing accurate layouts and material calculations Installing windows, doors, siding, and exterior finishes Renovations and other general carpentry work Working independently and helping keep the crew productive Maintaining an organized and safe jobsite

What We’re Looking For:




- Red Seal or Journeyman Carpenter Minimum two years of residential framing experience Robust understanding of residential construction Able to read plans and complete layouts accurately Confident working independently without constant supervision Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a small crew Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Own basic hand tools and appropriate workwear Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation Physically capable of regular construction work and lifting
